The NAM/MFN office is closed to unscheduled visitors until further notice. If a patient wishes to enter our suite to drop off eligibility documents, they will need to schedule an appointment with their care navigator and call before entering the building. Should a patient present to the office unannounced, they will need to call the office to schedule an appointment.
