All tickets purchased for the Medical Foundation of Nashville’s fundraising events, including the Physicians Ball, are non-refundable.
Tickets to MFN's Physicians Ball may be transferred until ten business days prior to the event.
- The ticket purchase price may also be converted to a fully tax-deductible donation to the Medical Foundation of Nashville until ten business days prior to the event.
- The deadline for all ticket transfers and conversions to donations is noon on Friday, October 6.
- Email physiciansball@nashvillemedicine.org to transfer or convert your tickets. Please include the name the tickets were purchased under, the name of the new attendees, and their menu selections (chicken, beef, or vegetarian) to request a transfer. To request the ticket purchase price be converted to a tax-deductible donation, email physiciansball@nashvillemedicine.org with the name the tickets were purchased under, and let us know you cannot attend and would like to donate the purchase price instead.
- If you are or a member of your party is experiencing COVID-19 symptoms, you can email physiciansball@nashvillemedicine.org within 10 business days of the Physicians Ball to request the transfer tickets as needed. Please include the name the tickets were purchased under and the name of the new attendees, who will be served the menu selection of the original attendee.
